"NanaTrades," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the individual and team operating the NanaTrades signals service. We operate the NanaTrades Mini App (the "App") accessible via Telegram at app.nanatradesfx.com, together with an associated Telegram bot and channel (collectively, the "Service").
By opening the App or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted in your country of residence to receive trading-related content and to trade with a broker, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on trading or financial promotions.

The Service is currently free to use. We do not charge subscription fees or process payments through the App. We may change, suspend, rename, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

NanaTrades is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager, and no communication from NanaTrades — including in the App, in the Telegram channel, or from support — should be treated as personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
The Service is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. If you link an Exness trading account to verify Free tier eligibility, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

All content, branding, and materials made available through the Service are owned by NanaTrades or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
The Service relies on third parties we do not control, including Telegram (the platform itself) and Exness (our broker partner for the Free tier). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and NanaTrades is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanaTrades is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page.
